Self-Pay Rates
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT):
Individuals:
$150 for Initial Assessment
$140 for Ongoing Sessions
Couples and Family:
$160 for Initial Assessment
$150 for Ongoing Sessions
Out of Network Plans
We are “Out of Network” providers with all other insurance plans. This means if you have a PPO plan, the cost of our services may be partially covered or covered in full. Please give us a call and we will be happy to send you more information on how to inquire this with your insurance. We will provide you with a superbill each month to submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement.
Sliding Scale Rates
Each clinician holds 4 spots for sliding scale services. Reduced fees are based on need and income. Please inquire if you are interested in being added to the waitlist!

We have a contract with Grow Therapy and are currently accepting the following Insurances:

Optum
Kaiser NorCal (referral only)

Payments
Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
We utilize an EHR System through Simple Practice that sends invoices and superbills if needed.
Simple Practice also allows payment through HSA/FSA cards.
