Individual Therapy

Therapy starts with the individual! Imagine the changes you would like in your life and know that you are fully capable of making them, sometimes we just need a little encouragement.

In individual therapy, the focus is on the development of YOU! Your therapist will create an open and accepting atmosphere along with the use of techniques for the purpose of symptom reduction and/or personal development. The individual is engaged in a self-reflective process on his or her emotions and behaviors.


As we adjust to various situations in our lives, stress can mount and become overwhelming. It is at those times that stress can turn to anxiety and sometimes we need a little help to get back on track. If you find yourself at the point of feeling overwhelmed by the stress in your life, we can provide you a safe place to sort out your thoughts, process your feelings, and make your way back to the real you.


What is depression? Depression comes in so many forms and means different things to different people. If you are asking that question, chances are that you are experiencing a feeling that you do not like to feel. It would be helpful for you to seek some assistance in determining what depression means to you and how you can find healing and begin to feel more like yourself. 

Grief and Loss

No loss is too great to overcome or too small to cause grief. We believe that you never "get over" your losses, but you can find healing by honoring those losses and your feelings around them. We believe in embracing and learning more about grief and the grieving process and how it impacts you. Remember, healing is not linear!
